<![CDATA[This study aimed to develop a teacher’s guidebook for providing career guidance services based on experiential learning and to examine its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in enhancing the career planning of secondary-level students with hearing impairment. The guidebook was designed as a solution for classroom teachers in special schools to deliver career services that align with the characteristics of students with hearing impairment, enabling them to plan their post-school careers independently. The study employed a research and development approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Participants included three teachers and six students from three special schools in the Kediri region. Data were collected through interviews, observations, expert validation of content and media, practitioner questionnaires, pretest-posttest, and user response surveys. The data were analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The result of the study is a teacher’s guidebook for experiential learning-based career guidance services, which was confirmed to be feasible, practical, and effective. Feasibility was established through assessment by content and media experts, practicality was evaluated through practitioner questionnaires, and effectiveness was measured using pretest-posttest scores and user response surveys. The guidebook can serve as a reference for classroom teachers in delivering career guidance services that suit the characteristics of students with hearing impairment.]]>
