Abstract

Student learning achievement in primary education is a key indicator of educational success. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of student perception and digital literacy on learning achievement, with graduate profile readiness as a mediating variable, among students of SDN Kilasah and SDN Suci in Kasemen District, Serang City. A quantitative explanatory survey design was employed involving 246 fifth- and sixth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that student perception had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (t = 5.371; p < 0.001) and graduate profile (t = 6.722; p < 0.001). Digital literacy also had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (t = 2.511; p = 0.012) and graduate profile (t = 5.629; p < 0.001). Graduate profile had the strongest direct effect on learning achievement (t = 11.670; p < 0.001) and significantly mediated the effects of student perception (t = 5.739; p < 0.001) and digital literacy (t = 5.217; p < 0.001) on learning achievement. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening graduate-profile dimensions, student perception, and digital literacy to improve learning achievement in primary schools.
