Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance at SC Elementary School, Bekasi. The study employed a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 96 teachers at SC Elementary School, Bekasi. Questionnaire data was collected through a Google Form and analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results showed that, partially, interpersonal communication had no significant effect on teacher performance, while work motivation and work discipline had a significant effect. The coefficient of determination (CoE) of 0.685 indicates that the three variables interpersonal communication, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously explained 68.5% of teacher performance, while the remaining 31.5% was explained by other factors not included in the study.
