Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance in X Central Jakarta. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population is all 62 teachers in X Central Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, while data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study indicate that principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a calculated t value of 4.552 and a significance of 0.000. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a calculated t value of 5.076 and a significance of 0.000. Work discipline is the variable that has the most dominant influence on teacher performance with a calculated t value of 14.819 and a significance of 0.000. Simultaneously, principal leadership, work motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a calculated F value of 111.749 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.853 indicates that 85.3% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 14.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This study concludes that improving teacher performance in X Central Jakarta can be achieved through strengthening the principal's leadership, increasing work motivation, and implementing consistent work discipline.
