Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) large simultaneous influence of motivation on employee performance Personnel Board and Regional Training North Mamuju regency; (2) the influence of motivation partially on employee performance Personnel Board and Regional Training North Mamuju regency. The theory of motivation used in this study using the theory of Maslow (1908-1970), namely "Hirarchy of Needs" or often referred to as a variable needs theory X and theory Moh performance. As'ad as a variable Y. This type of research is quantitative. This study population employee Personnel Board and Regional Training North Mamuju regency totaling 46 people who were taken using census techniques so that the total sample of 46 respondents. Data collection techniques including observation, questionnaire, and documentation, while data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results showed; (1) the magnitude of the simultaneous influence of motivation on employee performance Personnel Board and Regional Training North Mamuju regency is determined by physiological needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs, with the influence of 63.6% and a strong relationship ; (2) the influence of motivation partially on employee performance Personnel Board and Regional Training Regency of North Mamuju determined by the influence of physiological needs for performance, the effect of the security needs of the performance, the influence of social needs on performance, influence the need rewards to performance, and the effect of actualization needs diriterhadap performance.
