Abstract

Kopontren, singkatan dari Koperasi Pondok Pesantren, adalah sebuah unit usaha ekonomi yang beroperasi di lingkungan pondok pesantren Gontor kampus 6 Riyadhatul Mujahidin Konawe Selatan. Lahir dari kebutuhan untuk mendukung perekonomian pesantren, kopontren memainkan peran penting dalam membantu pesantren mencapai kemandirian finansial sekaligus memberikan manfaat ekonomi kepada para santri dan masyarakat sekitar. Kopontren didirikan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pondok pesantren. Keberadaan kopontren tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sumber pendapatan bagi pesantren, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pendidikan  praktis bagi para santri dalam bidang ekonomi dan bisnis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis 1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pengurus pada Kopontren Gontor kampus 6 Riyadhatul Mujahidin, 2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pengurus pada Kopontren  Gontor kampus 6 Riyadhatul Mujahidin, 3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja pengurus pada Kopontren Gontor kampus 6 Riyadhatul Mujahidin, dan 4) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara simultan terhadap kinerja pengurus pada Kopontren  Gontor kampus 6 Riyadhatul Mujahidin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh pengurus Kopontren. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap kinerja pengurus. Dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus, dengan jumlah sampel 34. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) bahwasanya gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengurus, 2) lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengurus, 3) lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengurus, dan 4) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, Lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik Secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengurus.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) not only serves as a vehicle for instilling spiritual values, but also has a strategic role in shaping the character of students to be independent, creative, and responsible—characteristics that align with the spirit of entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the role of PAI in instilling entrepreneurial characteristics through an Islamic values ​​approach. The research method is a qualitative type using a literature review (library research). The results of the study indicate that there are four main characteristics that are relevant and contextual to PAI values, namely: (1)Have the courage to face challenges (Risks),(2)Able to create new and innovative ideas,(3)Consistent in Carrying Out Responsibilities and Diligent Towards Goals, and(4)Skilled in Utilizing Time and Managing Potential Effectively and EfficientlyThe implications of these findings indicate that instilling entrepreneurial values ​​in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning not only enriches character education but also strengthens students' spiritual and ethical dimensions in facing the challenges of life and the business world.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze efforts to overcome bullying behavior based on Friday prayers at Madrasah Aliyah Aisyiyah Sungguminasa. In terms of application and implementation, using Bandura's social theory perspective. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validation was tested through triangulation of data sources and collection techniques. The results of the study indicate thatThe Friday Worship program has significant implications for shaping student character and addressing bullying at Madrasah Aliyah Aisyiyah Sungguminasa. This activity has raised students' awareness of the negative impacts of bullying on both victims and perpetrators. Furthermore, the religious atmosphere fostered through Friday Worship creates a more conducive madrasa environment, one filled with tolerance and empathy. Students have demonstrated positive behavioral changes, such as increased concern for their peers, reduced interpersonal conflict, and a growing culture of mutual respect.
