Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Operational Vehicle Reservation Information System to facilitate the vehicle reservation request process, supervisor approval, vehicle data management, and report generation. The system was developed using the Lean Software Development (LSD) methodology, which focuses on efficient system development based on user requirements. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that each system function operates properly. The results of this research indicate that the developed system is capable of assisting users in submitting reservation requests and monitoring reservation status, enabling supervisors to approve or reject reservation requests, and helping administrators manage master data and generate reservation reports in PDF and Excel formats. Based on the testing results, all major system functions operated in accordance with the functional requirements. Therefore, the system can support the management of operational vehicle reservations more effectively, efficiently, and systematically and consistently over time.
