Abstract

Education is a strategic sector in human resource development, playing a crucial role in determining the quality of learning. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style (X1), organizational support (X2), and communication (X3) on teacher performance (Y) at SMP Negeri 11 Tangerang. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 50 teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Tangerang—selected as respondents via a saturated sampling technique—using Google Forms. The research instrument utilized a Likert scale, and data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS 26, encompassing validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). This study is expected to provide empirical evidence regarding the impact of leadership style, organizational support, and communication on teacher performance. The results indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and communication also has a positive and significant effect. Conversely, organizational support does not have a positive or significant effect on teacher performance.
