Abstract

This study aims to deeply analyze the influence of training, career development, and work environment on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 11 Tangerang. The research applies a quantitative approach using a descriptive survey method. The main subjects of this study are all permanent and honorary teachers within the school environment. The population covers all educators, with a sample of 50 respondents carefully selected based on specific criteria using a non-probability sampling (purposive sampling) technique. Primary data were collected directly through the distribution of Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with the assistance of SPSS version 26 software and Microsoft Excel 2021. Secondary data were obtained through extensive library research. Empirical analysis results indicate that, partially, the training variable has a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 11 Tangerang. Conversely, career development and work environment variables prove to have no significant effect on improving teacher performance at the school.
