Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of internal control in the management of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) data and its relationship with the smoothness of the data entry process in Lampeji Village, Jember Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through observation during the Field Experience Practice (PPL), coordination with parties involved in data provision, and documentation. The results show that delays in data provision from Lampeji Village became one of the obstacles in the PTSL data entry process. This condition caused the data entry process to wait until the required data became available. Follow-up was carried out through direct coordination with the village to accelerate data provision. The findings indicate that internal control through information and communication, coordination, and monitoring of data availability is necessary to support the smoothness of the PTSL data entry process. Strengthening these controls is expected to minimize delays in data provision and support a more orderly and efficient implementation of PTSL.
