Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of Adaptive Leadership on Employee Engagement at PT Rubber Pan Java. It focuses on how leaders' ability to adjust their leadership approach, provide appropriate support, and respond effectively to changing organizational conditions can encourage stronger employee involvement and commitment to the organization.Research Methodology: This study employed a quantitative approach. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 300 employees selected from a total population of 1,200 employees at PT Rubber Pan Java, Indonesia. The collected data were analyzed to determine the relationship and influence of Adaptive Leadership on Employee Engagement.Results: The findings indicate that Adaptive Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Leader adaptability, continuous support, responsiveness to employee needs, and the ability to manage changing workplace conditions contribute to strengthening employee participation and involvement in organizational activities.Conclusions: Adaptive Leadership is effective in increasing Employee Engagement. The research instruments were found to be valid, and the resulting model demonstrated adequate stability in explaining the relationships between the variables.Limitations: This study relied solely on quantitative data and may have been influenced by situational and organizational factors specific to the research setting.Contributions: The findings provide practical guidance for leadership development and contribute additional empirical evidence to the literature on leadership and human resource management.
