Abstract

In a company, employees play a very strategic role and are the most valuable assets for the company's growth and development. Employee performance is getting better and has high loyalty if in a company there is a harmonious relationship between employees and the company. For this reason the company has an obligation to always pay attention to the welfare of all employees for the performance that has been given to the company. In carrying out the task, in reality there are a variety of behaviors that are caused by employees, especially if the employee is in a happy mood which in turn makes the company more effective, such behavior is helping colleagues, avoiding conflicts, participating in work groups, this behavior is called with the term Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This OCB will greatly benefit every company, because the company will become more effective and efficient. If the company has employees who behave OCB certainly the company will get better. For this reason, OCB has a very important role in the growth and development of the company. Keywords: Role, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Growth, Development.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) affects the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The population in this study are consumers who use e- commerce media in the South Sumatra area. The sample in this study was 200 respondents who were random samples from the Small and Medium Enterprises in South Sumatra. This study uses a survey method to see the amount of influence caused by the independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variable examined in this study is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) variable. The dependent variable in this study is the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) affects the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). So it can be concluded that if a business or business follows the regulations of the government, runs it and implements it based on predetermined factors, including work orientation factors, market orientation factors, and environmental orientation factors, then the business will be better known by the stakeholders and will be more competitive in the long run. Therefore SMEs must continue to consult with the government regarding CSR activities, which factors of CSR are most beneficial for all parties in business activities. Abstract

ABSTRACT:  Entrepreneurship is a social phenomenon that has grown rapidly in efforts to solve and overcome various social problems, such as economic improvement and poverty alleviation and unemployment. This study aims to describe the role of community empowerment and entrepreneurship in building a community economy that has implications for unemployment reduction. In tackling unemployment cannot be carried out only on the basis of commitment and determination, desire for responsibility, obsession of opportunity, tolerance of risk, ambiguity, and uncertainty, self-confidence, creativity and flexibility, desire for direct feedback, high energy, motivation to excel, future orientation, willingness to learn from failure, and leadership abilities, but must be accompanied by providing entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial opportunities, marketing orientation and networking from the community itself. So that the target of unemployment reduction will be achieved, namely the creation of employment opportunities, increased community income, and social cohesion and inclusive economic growth. Based on the conclusions, some suggestions can be given including increasing the number of social entrepreneurial actors who play an active role in improving the economic community in order to reduce unemployment and poverty. The role and cooperation with the government in combating unemployment is highly expected and more evident in its implementation.Keywords:   Entrepreneurship, Empowerment, Unemployment Mitigation

Abstract

Morale of a person will be influenced by the level of job satisfaction they have. When an employee feels satisfied with the work being done, the employee will work optimally in completing his job, even doing some things that may be outside his job. The problem faced by community health center paramedics in East OKU district is how the Organization Citizenship Behavior plays an important role in the morale of public health center paramedics in East OKU district, while this research is to determine the important role of Organization Citizenship Behavior on the performance of Paramedics. Community health center in East OKU Regency. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a strong influence between Organization Citizenship Behavior on the performance of public health center paramedics in East OKU Regency.From the calculation results obtained r = 0.689. After being consulted with conservative standards to determine whether the relationship is close or not, it turns out that it lies in the distance between 0.600 - 0.799. It can be concluded that the influence of Organization Citizenship Behavior on improving the performance of community health center paramedics in East OKU Regency is having a strong influence. Then to answer the hypothesis test that was previously proposed to have a relationship or not, then tested with the hypothesis test and obtained t count = 2.69. While the value of t table at the 95% confidence level for (n - 2) = 1,860. Then it can be seen that the value of t count 2.74 is greater than the value of t table, namely = 1.860, thus means (Ha) can be accepted and (Ho) is rejected. This means that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, namely the influence of the Organization Citizenship Behavior on increasing the morale of Puskesmas Paramedics in East OKU Regency is very strong

Abstract

Resources owned by agencies will not provide optimum results if they are not supported by human resources who have optimum performance. Assessing the quality of existing human resources can be measured by employee performance. Performance can be a means for an agency to measure the ability of employees in an agency. This study aims to determine and analyze the important role of supervision and its impact on employee performance of Manpower and Transmigration Office at the East OKU. The hypothesis proposed is the existence of a strong influence between supervision on employee performance of Manpower and Transmigration Office at the East OKU.From the calculation results obtained r = 0.368. After consultation with conservative standards it turns out that 0.368 is located between 0.200 - 0.399 which is included in the low correlation. Then to answer the hypothesis test proposed in the previous chapter has a relationship or not, then tested with a hypothesis test and obtained t count = 1.118. While the t table value at the 95% confidence level for (n - 2) = 1,860. Then it can be seen that the t value of 1.118 is greater than the value of t table that is = 1.860, thus it means that (Ho) can be accepted and (Ha) rejected
