Abstract

An assessment of the user experience is necessary for the deployment of Coretax as part of the digital transformation of tax administration. The quality of the information and service assistance that taxpayers get is just as important to the system's success as its technological performance. This research examines how individual taxpayers' satisfaction with Coretax in Denpasar City is impacted by system, information, and service quality. The study used an explanatory research design and a quantitative methodology. 150 individual taxpayers who met the requirements of living in Denpasar City and having utilised Coretax at least once made up the sample, which was chosen via purposive sampling. Questionnaires were used to gather data, which were then analysed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, instrument testing, classical assumption tests, descriptive statistics, and the coefficient of determination with the aid of SPSS. With a significance value of 0.038, the findings demonstrate that system quality has a favourable and substantial impact on user satisfaction. Both information quality and service quality, both having a significance value of 0.000, have favourable and substantial impacts. The standardised beta coefficients show that information quality contributes the most (0.439), followed by system quality (0.134) and service quality (0.428). The three factors account for 77.7% of the difference in individual taxpayer satisfaction at the same time. These findings indicate that improving Coretax user satisfaction should focus on providing clear and relevant information, enhancing service responsiveness, and strengthening system stability and reliability.
