Background: Stunting is a health problem that requires the involvement of various stakeholders in the implementation of stunting reduction programs. Collaborative management is needed to support coordination and cross-sector involvement in program implementation. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between collaborative management and the implementation of the stunting reduction program in the working area of Tanah Tumbuh Public Health Center in 2026. Methods: This study used a descriptive-analytical method with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 66 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a 23-item collaborative management questionnaire and an observation checklist consisting of 23 indicators for the implementation of the stunting reduction program. Results: Collaborative management was mostly categorized as poor, with 35 respondents (53%), while the implementation of the stunting reduction program was mostly categorized as poor, with 42 respondents (63.6%). The Pearson chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.001, indicating a significant relationship between collaborative management and the implementation of the stunting reduction program in the working area of Tanah Tumbuh Public Health Center in 2026. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between collaborative management and the implementation of the stunting reduction program. Improvement in cross-sector coordination, communication, role distribution, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder involvement is recommended to strengthen program implementation.
