ABSTRAK Infeksi saluran pernapasan atas (ISPA)pada anak usia dini masih menjadi permasalahan Kesehatan Masyarakat di dunia. Pada bulan September 2025 dilaporkan lebih dari 50% siswa mengalami gejala ISPA seperti batuk, demam, flu dan lain-lain sehingga pihak sekolah meutuskan untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar secara online untuk memutus rantai penularan ISPA di sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meingkatkan literasi guru dan memberikan pengalaman kepada siswa tentan ISPA dan cara pencegahannya berbasis Digi-ISPA-Kit, serta absensi digital untuk pemantauan Kesehatan siswa di sekolah. Desain pra-eksperimental (one group pre-post) digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan guru. Kegiatan edukasi pada guru melibatkan 12 guru, peningkatan pengetahuan guru diukur dengan pre-post dan dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon. dan pengukuran pengetahuan siswa hanya dilakukan dengan kemampuan siswa dalam menyebutkan gejala ISPA dan menunjukkan sistem pernapasan manusia. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan guru tentang ISPA (p = 0,003), selain itu guru juga bisa mengisi absensi digital. Siswa secara antusias mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian keapada Masyarakat dan bisa menyebutkan gejala ISPA dan sistem pernapasan manusia, dan siswa juga bisa melakukan cuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Intervensi dengan metode interaktif dan penggunaan teknologi sederhana mampu mengatasi masalah kurangnya pengetahuan guru dan siswa tentang ISPA dan belum adanya absensi digital berbasis gejala. Kegoatan ini berpptensi dilakukan secara berkelanjutan melalui komitmen sekolah dan pendampingan guru secara berkelanjutan dengan pengayaan konten digital dan memasukkan materi Kesehatan dalam proses pembelajaran serta kegiatan ini dapat direplikasi pada sekolah-sekolah lain. Kata Kunci: Edukasi ISPA, Anak Usia Dini, Absensi Digital. ABSTRACT Upper respiratory tract infections (URTI) in young children remain a public health issue worldwide. In September 2025, it was reported that more than 50% of students were experiencing URTI symptoms such as coughing, fever, the flu, and others; as a result, school officials decided to conduct online instruction to break the chain of URTI transmission at the school. This community service activity aims to improve teachers’ literacy and provide students with experience regarding URIs and their prevention using the Digi-ISPA-Kit, as well as to implement digital attendance tracking for monitoring student health at school. A pre-experimental design (one-group pre-post) was used to measure teachers’ knowledge levels. The educational activities for teachers involved 12 teachers; improvements in teachers’ knowledge were measured using pre-post assessments and analyzed with the Wilcoxon test. Measurement of students’ knowledge was conducted solely by assessing their ability to identify ARI symptoms and illustrate the human respiratory system. The results showed a significant increase in teachers’ knowledge of ARI (p = 0.003); in addition, teachers were also able to complete the digital attendance system. Students enthusiastically participated in the community service activities and were able to list the symptoms of ARI and identify the human respiratory system; they were also able to practice proper handwashing techniques. Interventions using interactive methods and simple technology can address the lack of knowledge among teachers and students regarding acute respiratory infections (ARIs) and the absence of a symptom-based digital attendance system. This initiative has the potential to be implemented on an ongoing basis through the school’s commitment and continuous teacher support, supplemented by the enrichment of digital content and the integration of health-related material into the learning process; furthermore, this initiative can be replicated in other schools.
