<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Di Wilayah Puskesmas Tanjungharjo Kasus Kematian Ibu Tahun 2021 ada 1 dari Lahir hidup 510 atau Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) sebesar 196/100.000 KH dari target 102/100.000. Pada tahun 2021 perkiraan bumil risiko tinggi/komplikasi di puskesmas Tanjungharjo 83 bumil, dan yang ditemukan serta ditangani sebanyak 93 atau 111.8%. Pada tahun 2021 ini terdapat 7 desa yang mampu mencapai target penanganan komplikasi maternal resiko tinggi dan (5 desa lainnya belum bisa mencapai target 100%. Mengacu kepada butir analisa permasalahan yang teridentifikasi maka ditemukan dua masalah utama yang dihadapi mitra yaitu kasus kematian Ibu di wilayah Puskesmas Tanjungharjo tiap tahun ada dan cendrung AKI meningkat tajam dan belum maksimalnya pelaksanaan pencegahan hipertensi dalam kehamilan. Strategi penurunan kematian ibu diperlukan adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Peningkatan pencegahan hipertensi kehamilan dengan CERDIK yaitu dilakukan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga dan masyarakat, kader kesehatan mengenai pentingnya memahami Pelaksanaan Pencegahan hipertensi kehamilan dengan CERDIK. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dan permasalahan mitra tersebut diatas, kami melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Upaya Penurunan Angka Kematian Ibu melalui Pelatihan Kader Kesehatan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak Tentang Pencegahan Hipertensi Kehamilan Dengan CERDIK Di Wilayah Puskesmas Tanjungharjo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Pelatihan ini, sasaran Kader Kesehatan di Desa Bendo, Desa Padang Mentoyo dan Desa Kumpulrejo Wilayah Puskesmas Tanjungharjo dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) hari bertempat di Panti PKK Desa Bendo dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat, diikuti 30 peserta dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, dan pemberian materi tentang Pencegahan Hipertensi Kehamilan Dengan CERDIK Di Wilayah Puskesmas Tanjungharjo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah terbentuknya 30 Kader KIA dengan hasil rata-rata pengetahuan peserta pelatihan sebesar 94,33 dan 100% peserta pelatihan mempunyai nilai post test sangat baik. Untuk nilai rata-rata keterampilan peserta dalam penyuluhan sangat baik (81,33) dan 86,67% nilai KIE sangat baik, terbentuk komitmen bersama dari Kepala Puskesmas Tanjungharjo, Kepala Desa Bendo, Kepala Desa Padang Mentoyo, Kepala Desa Kumpulrejo, Bidan Desa Bendo, Bidan Desa Padang Mentoyo, Bidan Desa Kumpulrejo, Bidan Koordinator Puskesmas Tanjungharjo dan seluruh peserta pelatihan Pencegahan Hipertensi Kehamilan Dengan CERDIK (100%). Hasil Survey Kepuasan peserta didapatkan 94,00% menyatakan sangat puas. Evaluasi pelaksanaan menilai Kader KIA yang sudah dilatih membina 1 ibu hamil di lingkungan desa sekitarnya sejumlah 30 Ibu hamil dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang Pencegahan Hipertensi Kehamilan dengan CERDIK dengan mengunakan leaflet. Luaran Pengabdian masyarkat adalah tersusunnya Modul tentang Pencegahan Hipertensi Kehamilan dengan CERDIK, publikasi dan HKI. Kader Kesehatan disarankan memaksimalkan pelaksanaan kelompok Kerja Pencegahan Hipertensi Kehamilan dengan CERDIK sampai tercapai 100%, yang harapannya bisa menurunkan AKI. Based on the analysis of the situation and problems of the partners mentioned above, we carried out community service activities in the form of Community Empowerment in Efforts to Reduce Maternal Mortality Rates through Training of Maternal and Child Health Cadres on Preventing Pregnancy Hypertension Using CERDIK in the Tanjungharjo Community Health Center Area, Bojonegoro Regency. This training, targeting Health Cadres in Bendo Village, Padang Mentoyo Village and Kumpulrejo Village in the Tanjungharjo Community Health Center area, was carried out for 3 (three) days at the PKK Home in Bendo Village with strict health protocols, attended by 30 participants using the lecture method, and providing material regarding Preventing Pregnancy Hypertension Using CERDIK in the Tanjungharjo Health Center Area, Bojonegoro Regency. The result of the activity was the formation of 30 KIA cadres with an average knowledge of the training participants of 94.33 and 100% of the training participants had very good post test scores. For the average value of participants' skills in counseling was very good (81.33) and 86.67% of the KIE score was very good, a joint commitment was formed from the Head of the Tanjungharjo Community Health Center, the Head of Bendo Village, the Head of Padang Mentoyo Village, the Head of Kumpulrejo Village, the Midwife of Bendo Village , Padang Mentoyo Village Midwife, Kumpulrejo Village Midwife, Tanjungharjo Community Health Center Coordinating Midwife and all training participants in Preventing Hypertension in Pregnancy with SMART (100%). The results of the participant satisfaction survey showed that 94.00% were very satisfied. The implementation evaluation assessed 30 KIA cadres who had been trained to support 1 pregnant woman in the surrounding village environment by providing counseling about Preventing Pregnancy Hypertension with CERDIK using leaflets. The output of community service is the preparation of a Module on Pregnancy Hypertension Prevention using CERDIK, publications and IPR. Health cadres are advised to maximize the implementation of the Pregnancy Hypertension Prevention Working Group with CERDIK until 100% is achieved, which is expected to reduce MMR.
