Abstract

Seedlings are one of the most important components in growing cayenne pepper. In general, farmers grow cayenne pepper seeds from the seeds they obtained at the time, even though there are many varieties of cayenne pepper seeds available in the community. To choose the desired chili seeds is not an easy thing to do because the variety varies. The purpose of this study was to help farmers in choosing superior varieties of hybrid cayenne pepper seeds according to the criteria desired by farmers. AHP method is one method that can help farmers choose the variety of cayenne pepper seeds. In this study, the AHP method was used to select cayenne pepper seeds, with 14 alternative varieties of hybrid cayenne pepper seeds along with 10 criteria. The criteria include age at harvest, old fruit color, fruit shape, yield, fruit size, number of fruit per tree, weight per fruit, fruit taste, fruit retention and fruit skin surface. To make it easier for farmers to choose superior varieties of chili seeds, the prototype application was designed. The results of this study are prototype applications designed to help farmers to choose superior varieties of hybrid cayenne pepper. Keywords: chili seeds, AHP, prototypes

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the success rate of computerized study plan card filling systems at the University Gunadarma using the HOT Fit method based on the results of evaluations from users and; (2) knowing the effects of measurement characteristics of the implementation of the HOT Fit method in evaluating the success rate of computerized study plan card filling systems at Gunadarma University. The method used for assessing this system uses the HOT Fit method which consists of 7 characteristics, namely System Quality (Ks), Information Quality (Ki), Service Quality (Kl), System Users (Ps), User Satisfaction (Kp), Benefits (Mn) and Organizational Structure (So) by using purposive sampling technique. The discussion chapter is deepened by triangulation, namely interviews, documentation and observation. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out to users, namely Information Systems students in the 2018-2019 academic year as many as 96 samples. The analysis is done through a test case of each HOT Fit character. The results of this study indicate that: (1) computerized KRS filling system as a whole has a good interpretation according to the HOT Fit method with a value of 2.91; (2) the quality of the final result of the Ks character with an interpretation value of 2.98 (good), Ki with a value of 2.89 (good), Kl with a value of 2.9 (good), Ps with a value of 2.92 (good), Ks with a value of 2.64 (good), Mn with a value of 2.74 (good) and So with a value of 3.27 (very good) based on the HOT Fit method.Keywords: HOT fit, success rate of system, evaluation, characteristic measurement

Abstract

Immigration office one of the organization implementing information system integration and automation called the immigration management information system (SIMKIM) Version 2.0 for passport services. An evaluation need to find how the system is implemented, the level of success, as far as to which the system contributes to the organizations that use it. SIMKIM Version 2.0 application have three main component namely human organization and technology. The result of the evaluation indicate technology component include system quality getting value 3,24 (good), information quality getting value 3,09 (good), and service quality getting value 3,21 (good). Human component including system user getting value 3,18 (good), user satisfaction getting value 3,07 (good), and the benefits getting value 3,15 (good), and organization structure getting value 3,22 (good). The overall component SIMKIM Version 2.0 implementation obtained value of 3,16 good interpretation based on HOT Fit method.

Abstract

Praktik pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah oleh tim unit layanan pengadaan (ULP) di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia belum berjalan optimal. Di samping rawan akan praktek kolusi, korupsi, dan nepotisme (KKN), belum terintegrasinya dua sistem yang menjadi sumber data menjadikan proses sinnkronisasi perlu dilakukan secara manual. Urgensi pelaksanaan pengadaan yang efektif dan efisien serta ekonomis untuk mendapatkan manfaat maksimal dari penggunaan anggaran menjadi hal yang krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi eksekutif di lingkungan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan untuk menjawab masalah yang ada sekaligus mendukung transformasi digital dalam rangka mewujudkan good governance dalam penggunaan anggaran negara. Sistem ini dikembangkan dalam kerangka kerja dynamic system development method (DSDM) yang mencakup 3 tahap di dalamnya: pre-project, project lifecycle, dan post-project. Hasil pengembangan kemudian diuji menggunakan metode black-box, white-box, pengujian integrasi sistem, dan pengujian Acunetix. Hasilnya, sistem dapat berjalan sesuai perancangan, terintegrasi, dapat diterima oleh pengguna, dan aman dari sisi keamanan. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi kuesioner yang dilakukan kepada 11 responden menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sistem informasi ini berhasil dengan persentase 87% dengan perhitungan skala Likert. Sistem ini menjadi kontributor terhadap integrasi data untuk pencapaian tujuan ULP, terutama dalam pemantauan, evaluasi serta analisis bagi Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) dan pihak eksekutif di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

Aplikasi Sistem informasi simpan pinjam pada Koperasi Bina Warga Mukti adalah aplikasi yang berbasis web. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari 2 menu login yaitu Admin dan Anggota, pada aplikasi ini terdapat menu data anggota, data transaksi simpan, data transaksi pinjam dan data angsuran. Tujuan aplikasi ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi simpan pinjam koperasi Bina Warga Mukti berbasis web, meminimalisir redudansi data, mengolah data simpanan dan pinjaman, memberikan reminder jatuh tempo pinjaman dan konfirmasi, mengolah data simpanan dan pinjaman, serta membuat laporan yang dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan framework Laravel.
