Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Working Capital Efficiency on the Firm Value of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. This research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sample used is the financial report of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk for ten years, which has been made into time series data. The data analysis in this study uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study partially, the Capital Structure variable measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has effect on Firm Value. meanwhile, the Working Capital Efficiency variable measured using the Working Capital Turnover ratio did not have effect on Firm Value. Simultaneously, Capital Structure and Working Capital Efficiency had effect on Firm Value.
