<![CDATA[Urolithiasis is the formation of hard deposits within the urinary tract that may cause pain, hematuria, and infection. This study aimed to determine the characteristics and clinical profiles of patients with urolithiasis at Tangerang City General Hospital from January to December 2022. This research employed a descriptive study design with a cross-sectional approach, in which variables were measured at a single point in time. The study population consisted of urolithiasis patients recorded in the medical records of Tangerang City General Hospital during the study period. The inclusion criteria were patients diagnosed with urolithiasis based on CT urography findings and recorded in the medical records, with an age of ?18 years. The exclusion criterion was incomplete medical record data related to the study variables. The results showed that patients with urolithiasis were predominantly male (67.7%) and aged 46–55 years (31.3%). CT urography screening revealed that the majority of patients had documented urolithiasis findings (63.5%), with the most common stone location being the kidneys (67.7%). Most patients had no complications (91.7%) and no family history of urolithiasis (95.8%). Regarding management, surgical therapy was the most frequently performed intervention (62.5%).
