Abstract

Corruption remains a major challenge in achieving good governance and integrity in healthcare services. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between knowledge of gratification and anti-corruption attitudes among students of the Faculty of Health Sciences. This study employed a quantitative analytic design with a cross-sectional approach involving 47 students selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires on knowledge of gratification and anti-corruption attitudes and were analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results showed that 68.2% of respondents had good knowledge of gratification, while 72.3% demonstrated positive anti-corruption attitudes. Spearman Rank analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between knowledge of gratification and anti-corruption attitudes (r = 0.487; p = 0.001). Higher levels of nursing students' knowledge of gratification were associated with more positive anti-corruption attitudes.
