Abstract

In the globalization era, competition of business banking service is very tight, well which in include industry although services sector. Banking which want will be survive have to provide product, well goods and services which in good quality.Various strategy from many markerter to exis in the global competition its aims were to get customer loyality. For getting mentioned purpose, necessary to renovate corporate image, customer trust and service unsure. Corporate image, trust and service toward customer or society which make them will not change to other bank.
