<![CDATA[The solid waste crisis in Bali, which is increasingly critical due to the high volume of solid waste accumulation and landfill restrictions, demands a proactive role from higher education institutions. This community service program aims to provide education, technical guidance, and hands-on practice regarding the transformation of campus waste management based on the TPS3R system and the circular economy. The activity involved strategic representatives from 7 universities in Bali, utilizing three main approaches: material presentation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and field technical mentoring. The implementation of the program facilitated the design of a holistic integration of three main innovations: organic waste composting (Teba Kota), food waste bioconversion, and inorganic waste bank management. Through the FGD sessions, an agreement was reached on closed-system environmental management, such as the use of biofilter composters, eco-enzyme spraying, and Green Buffer Zones to mitigate odor pollution and potential social conflicts with surrounding settlements. Furthermore, this activity produced a collaborative roadmap formulation, an economic downstreaming strategy for equipment operations, and a draft Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for integrated cross-campus waste management. This program serves as an initial initiative to position universities as living labs for green campus ecosystems, aligning with the Bali Governor's Regulation on Source-Based Waste Management.]]>
