The low mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SD Negeri 5 Bebandem required an instructional intervention through the implementation of the Numbered Head Together cooperative learning model assisted by Domatika card media. This study aimed to determine the improvement of mathematics learning outcomes among third-grade students of SD Negeri 5 Bebandem through the implementation of the Numbered Head Together cooperative learning model assisted by Domatika card media in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study employed Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four meetings and included the stages of planning, acting and observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 22 third-grade students, consisting of 12 male students and 10 female students. The results showed an improvement in students’ mathematics learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle, the average score was 64, with a learning absorption rate of 64% and classical learning mastery of only 41%. After the implementation of the action in Cycle I, the average score increased to 75, the learning absorption rate improved to 75%, and classical learning mastery rose to 68%. A more significant improvement was observed in Cycle II, where the average score reached 87, the learning absorption rate increased to 87%, and classical learning mastery reached 95%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Numbered Head Together cooperative learning model assisted by Domatika card media was effective in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SD Negeri 5 Bebandem in the 2025/2026 academic year.
