Abstract

This study aims to determine and try to analyze the Influence of Self-Esteem and SelfEfficacy on Employee Performance through Employee Development as an Intervening Variable at PT. Kilang Lima Gunung. This study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung. The results of the study found that there is a significant influence between self-esteem on employee development. There is a significant influence between self-efficacy on employee development. There is a significant influence between self-esteem on employee performance. There is a significant influence between self-efficacy on employee performance. There is a significant influence between selfesteem on employee performance. There is a significant influence between self-efficacy on employee performance. There is a significant influence between employee development on employee performance. Employee development can mediate the influence of self-esteem on employee performance. Employee development can mediate the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance.
