Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Supply Chain, Human Capital, and Technology on Productivity and examine the role of Corporate Culture as a moderating variable at PT. Mensana Aneka Satwa. The study was conducted using a sample of 67 employees spread across the PT. Mensana Aneka Satwa factory. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique based on specific criteria deemed relevant and able to provide data appropriate to the research needs. Data collection utilized a questionnaire method. The analysis used in this study was structural analysis using the partial least squares (PLS) approach, processed using Smart PLS version 4 software. Data testing used convergent validity, construct reliability, multicollinearity, and discriminant tests. The analysis results indicate that supply chain and human capital have a positive and significant impact on productivity. Corporate culture does not moderate the impact of the supply chain on productivity; however, it does moderate—by weakening—the impact of human capital on productivity. Conversely, corporate culture does not moderate the impact of technology on productivity. These findings highlight the crucial roles of human capital and corporate culture in enhancing productivity, as well as the need for more effective supply chain strategies and up-to-date technology.
