This research is a quantitative study aimed at: (1) analyzing the influence of the school environment on the pedagogical competence of Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in Tana Toraja Regency; (2) analyzing the influence of teaching experience on the pedagogical competence of SMK teachers in Tana Toraja Regency; and (3) analyzing the simultaneous influence of the school environment and teaching experience on the pedagogical competence of SMK teachers in Tana Toraja Regency. The variables in this study are the school environment, teaching experience, and teaching ability of the teachers. The research sample consists of teachers from SMKN 1 Tana Toraja and SMKS Pati Tana Toraja, totaling 101 individuals. The indicators of the school environment being studied include school facilities and infrastructure. The indicators of teaching experience that were studied are work tenure, lesson planning, and lesson implementation, while the indicators studied for teachers' teaching ability are personal competence, professional competence, and pedagogical competence. The research data were obtained by administering a questionnaire. The research results using descriptive analysis showed that the teaching environment obtained an average score of 32.20, teaching experience obtained an average score of 33.15, and teaching ability obtained an average score of 59.25, all of which fall into the high category. Based on the results of the inferential analysis, it was found that the learning environment has a positive and significant effect on the pedagogical competence of teachers. Likewise, teaching experience has been proven to have a positive and significant impact on teachers' pedagogical competence. Furthermore, the simultaneous testing results show that both independent variables, namely the learning environment and teaching experience, together have a positive and significant impact on the pedagogical competence of vocational school teachers in Tana Toraja Regency.
