Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems and challenges of education quality in Indonesia from a multidimensional perspective encompassing teachers and educational staff, curriculum and technology, and student well-being. The method employed is a systematic literature review of SINTA-accredited journal articles and reference books, retrieved through Google Scholar, GARUDA, and the SINTA Portal. The findings indicate that excessive administrative burdens, low teacher welfare, insufficient digital competence, and high teacher turnover in remote areas are core problems in the teaching force dimension; curriculum irrelevance to the labor market, artificial intelligence disruption, and multilayered digital divide are key barriers in the curriculum and technology dimension; while mental health crises, rote-learning culture, and limited inclusivity undermine learning quality from the student perspective. This study concludes that improving education quality requires systemic and integrative policy reform involving all national education stakeholders.
