<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the waste management policy implemented by PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Gedangan and analyze its implementation from an ecocentric perspective. The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies related to industrial waste management and ecocentric theory. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Gedangan has implemented a waste management policy through waste sorting, processing, monitoring, and controlling activities to minimize the impact of environmental pollution. Waste management is carried out for solid, liquid, and domestic waste in accordance with established company procedures. From an ecocentric perspective, this policy reflects the company's concern for environmental sustainability through efforts to maintain ecosystem balance, reduce pollution, and minimize the negative impacts of industrial activities on the surrounding environment. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, including limited inorganic waste sorting equipment and high maintenance costs for waste treatment plants. These obstacles have the potential to affect the effectiveness of waste management if not handled optimally. Therefore, improvements to facilities and infrastructure and strengthened oversight are needed to support more effective and sustainable waste management. Overall, the company's waste management policies have supported environmental conservation efforts in accordance with the principles of ecocentrism.]]>
