Purpose: This community service program aims to strengthen entrepreneurial awareness, opportunity recognition, and basic business planning among youth from Maybrat Regency studying in Jayapura.Research Methodology: A participatory training program was conducted on May 9, 2026, at the Yumasssesss Student Dormitory Hall, Kotaraja, Jayapura. Activities included needs assessment, employment-data education, entrepreneurial mindset training, local-resource opportunity mapping, simple business planning, digital marketing orientation, a local entrepreneur video, group presentations, feedback, and reflection. Formative evaluation used facilitator observations, participant questions, group worksheets/posters, presentations, and photographs, analyzed descriptively by program objective. Results: Participants explored entrepreneurship across four local-resource clusters and developed, presented, and revised preliminary business concepts. These represent immediate qualitative outputs rather than measured changes in knowledge, confidence, or behavior. Conclusions: The program generated observable early-stage learning and business-planning outputs that can support follow-up mentoring, but it does not demonstrate reduced unemployment or long-term business performance.Limitations: Complete attendance and participant-profile data, standardized pre–post measures, and longitudinal business data were unavailable.Contributions: The program integrates regional employment data, local-resource mapping, practical business planning, digital marketing, and a locally relevant entrepreneurial role model in a contextual community-empowerment design.
