Waqf through money has enormous potential in supporting sustainable social and economic development in Indonesia. However, the realization of waqf collection through money is still far below the existing potential so that a study is needed regarding the factors that influence people's intention to waqf through digital platforms. This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Donor Effectiveness on people's Behavioral Intention in waqf through money at the Al-Quran Waqf Agency (BWA) Bukittinggi Branch with Religiosity as a moderating variable. The study uses a quantitative approach with a theoretical basis of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 73 respondents and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Donor Effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on people's intention to waqf through money, while Perceived Usefulness had no significant effect. Furthermore, religiosity was unable to moderate the relationship between Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, or Perceived Donor Effectiveness on Behavioral Intention. This finding suggests that people's intention to donate cash waqf is more influenced by the ease of use of digital platforms and belief in the effectiveness of waqf fund management than by the perceived benefits of technology or the moderating role of religiosity. This research contributes to the development of digital Islamic philanthropy studies through the application of the Technology Acceptance Model and provides practical implications for waqf management institutions to improve the ease of digital services, transparency, and accountability of waqf fund management to increase community participation in donating cash waqf.
