The researcher recommends that Restaurant Papichulo Beach Front provide rewards to employees with the highest attendance rates and issue warning letters to employees who are frequently absent without clear reasons. The restaurant is also expected to increase the intensity of providing guidance and to provide more complete and clear information when giving instructions to subordinates. Furthermore, incentives should be provided based on target achievement to encourage the development of employees' soft skills, accompanied by regular training on effective communication.
