<![CDATA[Human resource management competencies are essential for strengthening organizational effectiveness, particularly in youth organizations that rely on active participation and managerial capacity of their members. The Gerakan Pemuda Ansor (GP Ansor) in Pagedangan District, Tangerang, requires adequate managerial knowledge and skills to support organizational development and optimize human resource management. This community service activity aimed to strengthen the managerial competence of human resources through human resource management education for administrators and members of GP Ansor Pagedangan District, Tangerang. The activity was conducted at the GP Ansor Pagedangan District Office, Tangerang, on April 4–5, 2026. The community service team consisted of five lecturers and students from Universitas Pamulang, with 24 administrators and members of GP Ansor Pagedangan District participating in the program. The implementation method consisted of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. During the implementation stage, activities were conducted through material presentations, practical exercises, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The results showed an improvement in participants’ understanding of human resource management concepts, particularly in managerial functions, organizational human resource development, task management, and effective team coordination. The activity also encouraged participants to apply managerial knowledge in their organizational activities. Thus, human resource management education can contribute to strengthening managerial competencies and supporting more effective organizational management within GP Ansor.]]>
