Abstract

The spectrum of a graph is a collection of distinct eigen values and multiplicity. Determine the spectrum of a graph can be used several methods, namely the characteristic equation, sirculant theorem on matrices and use a computer program Visual Basic 6.0. Spectrum graph hyperoctahedral (ܪ௡) with matrix theorem sirculant spectrum obtained by making a pattern graphܪ ଶ,ܪ ଷ,ܪ ସ and ܪ ହ then provide conclusions. The pattern of spectral graph hyperoctahedral ( ܪ ௡ ) by these methods is ߪ ( ܪ ௡ ) = ቀ 2 ( − 1 ) 0 − 2 1 − 1 ቁ
