Abstract

LiTaO3 lithium tantalite has been grown with Si Type-P (100) substrate with chemical solution deposition and spin coating method with a speed of 3000 rpm for 30 seconds. the result obtained maximum absorbance of lithium tantalat niobium noped film occurs in the infrared region that is at a peak wavelength of 780 nm the difference of the two absorbance peaks between pure tantalat lithium with lithium tantalat doped niobium at 800 oC temperature shifts the absorbance peak with a wavelength peak of 935 nm to 780 nm. In other words, the LiTaO3 film absorbs a lot of photon energy from the light surrounding it, and the thin film of lithium doped in the embryo niobium will become an infrared sensor.
