Performance among employees acts as a crucial metric for ensuring service quality within the telecommunication sector. This research investigates the impact of work facilities and workload on the performance of staff members at PT Multi Karya Athira, utilizing multiple linear regression as the primary analytical tool. By applying a causal quantitative approach and saturated sampling, the entire population of 35 employees was sampled. Data obtained through Likert scale surveys were systematically processed using SPSS software. Multiple linear regression analysis proves that partially, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t-count of 5.742 > t-table 2.036 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, making it the most dominant factor. In contrast, workload partially does not have a significant effect with t-count of -1.489 < t-table 2.036 and a significance value of 0.146 > 0.05. This study concludes that optimizing work facilities is much more effective in improving employee performance than managing workload. These findings indicate that adequate workplace facilities can enhance employee productivity, comfort, and efficiency in completing assigned tasks. Therefore, management should prioritize the provision and maintenance of work facilities to support organizational goals and improve overall operational performance in the company.
