Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe temas games tournament. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan melaksanakan penelitian sebanyak 2 siklus. Setiap sikus terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket motivasi belajar siswa, angket observasi yang dlakukan oleh observer dan lembar soal. Peningkatan hasil motivasi belajar peserta didik pada prasiklus ke siklus 1 mencapai 27% sedangkan pada siklus 1 ke siklus 2 mencapai 4 %. Dan peningkatan hasil observasi observer pada siklus 1 ke siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 24%. Abstract. This research aims to enhance students' learning motivation by utilizing the cooperative learning model, specifically the thematic games tournament type. The research method employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection activities. The instruments utilized in this research include student learning motivation questionnaires, observation questionnaires conducted by observers, and test sheets. The improvement in students' learning motivation from pre-cycle to Cycle 1 reached 27%, while from Cycle 1 to Cycle 2, it achieved 4%. Additionally, there was a 24% increase in the observation results by the observer from Cycle 1 to Cycle 2.
