<![CDATA[Introduction: Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, and socio-economic status remains a pervasive issue in Indonesia. Marginalized groups, such as indigenous peoples, ethnic minorities, and women, often face legal and social exclusion. Legal advocacy and support are essential in combating discrimination and promoting social inclusion.Purpose: This paper investigates how legal advocacy can address discrimination and social exclusion, focusing on the roles of legal services in empowering marginalized communities and advocating for their rights in Indonesia.Method: The research utilizes a combination of case studies and interviews with legal professionals, advocates, and marginalized community representatives. The study focuses on legal interventions in labor rights, gender equality, and racial discrimination cases.Findings and Results: The research finds that legal advocacy programs are successful in challenging discriminatory practices, securing compensation for victims of discrimination, and advocating for policy changes. However, the study highlights gaps in legal awareness and limited access to legal resources in remote areas.Urgency: The urgency to address discrimination is critical, as marginalized groups continue to suffer from systemic exclusion in both legal and social spheres.Contribution: This paper contributes to understanding the role of legal advocacy in reducing discrimination and fostering social justice for marginalized communities.Recommendation: The study recommends strengthening legal aid programs for marginalized groups and increasing public awareness about anti-discrimination laws.]]>
