<![CDATA[The rise of security and order issues to be discussed is certainly not without reason, there are many reasons behind it, one of which is the increasing unemployment rate which triggers the occurrence of crime (criminality) in society, both in quality and quantity. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2012 concerning public order and public peace in Pondok Aren, South Tangerang City and to determine the Islamic law review of the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2012 concerning public order and public peace in Pondok Aren South Tangerang City. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis research approach. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of research on the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2012 concerning public order and public peace in Pondok Aren, South Tangerang City have not been implemented optimally by the people of Pondok Aren sub-district, of course this is an evaluation from the South Tangerang Regional Government and also for the local community because of public order and public peace. actually it is in the hands of the community itself apart from the government and officials who have obligations as law enforcers in the field. And a review of Islamic law regarding the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2012 concerning public order and public peace in Pondok Aren, South Tangerang City, Islam strongly supports controlling the sale of alcoholic beverages because alcoholic beverages do not only limit the level of their haraam.]]>
