Abstract

The success of the performance of the Regional Finance Agency of Depok is not only seen from efforts to develop regional revenue potential, but is able to improve the quality of regional financial and asset management and increase the proportion of regional taxes to PAD. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the Influence of Policies and Human Resources Competencies toward the Performance of the Regional Financial Agency of Depok, West Java Province partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The population of this research is 94 civil servants of the Regional Financial Agency of Depok, with a Census or saturated sample of all populations being the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Research results: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of policy partially toward the performance of BKD Depok Municipality, West Java, with a coefficient of determination of 55.5%. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of HR Competencies partially toward the BKD Performance of Depok Municipality, West Java, with a coefficient of determination of 58.8%. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of HR policies and competencies simultaneously toward the performance of the BKD of Depok Municipality, West Java, with a coefficient of determination of 71.6%.
