Abstract

Study This investigate impact from discipline work , compensation work , recognition on work , and conditions environment to employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Medan City Hall Area . Scope from studies This covers aspects compensation work , recognition on work , as well as dynamics environment work that influences performance Individuals at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Medan City Hall Area . Questions main in study This is For reveal whether variables independent in a way together influential to performance employees in the company This . The hypothesis being tested in study This state that variable (X) has significant impact to variable (Y). Retrieval sample done use method census sampling, involving 40 individuals as sample . In the data collection process , the approach combination between study library and field implemented . For data analysis , methods descriptive quantitative used with approach multiple linear regression , supported by the SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science ) V23 program. The results of the analysis regression show that variable (X) has significant impact to variable (Y). Ethical factors Work own strong influence to performance employees ( t- value 1.401, significance < 0.05). Awards on work also has role important in influence performance employees ( t- value 0.3540, significance < 0.05). Likewise , the environment work also provides significant influence to performance employees ( t- value 0.3670, significance < 0.05). The results of the F test show F score of 82.89, exceeding mark critical F- table 2.87. Coefficient determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.975 indicates that variable (X) explains approximately 97.5% of the variation in the variable (Y). Therefore that's the conclusion from study This is that variables independent (X) has significant impact to variables dependent (Y). Through findings this , researcher recommend that management company do evaluation repeat to system award with consider characteristics employee as well as non - monetary elements , such as step For increase motivation performance employee .
