Abstract

Evaluating public satisfaction with administrative services is an essential effort to improve the quality of public services. However, manual evaluation processes often produce less objective results, require considerable time, and make it difficult for institutions to identify service aspects that require improvement. Therefore, an effective decision support system is needed to facilitate systematic, objective, and efficient evaluation. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for determining the level of public satisfaction with administrative services using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, thereby providing accurate evaluation results to support improvements in public service quality. This study employs the WASPAS method, which integrates the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and the Weighted Product Model (WPM) to improve the accuracy and objectivity of decision-making. The evaluation is based on five criteria: service speed, service accuracy, information quality, staff attitude, and supporting facilities. The analysis consists of data collection, decision matrix normalization, criteria weighting, preference value (Quality Index/Qi) calculation using the WASPAS method, and alternative ranking. The results indicate that Fero R (A2) achieved the highest Quality Index (Qi) score of 0.9686, followed by Susi Mardhiah (A3) with 0.9479 and Rizki Hadid (A1) with 0.8675. These findings demonstrate that the WASPAS method is capable of providing a systematic, objective, and efficient evaluation of public satisfaction, thereby supporting decision-makers in improving the quality of administrative services.
