Abstract

The Legal Aid Institute (LBH) of the ATMA Foundation still manages legal consultation scheduling manually, resulting in scheduling conflicts, recording errors, delays in information delivery, and difficulties in managing consultation data. These conditions reduce the effectiveness and efficiency of legal consultation services, indicating the need for an integrated information system to support the scheduling process. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Legal Consultation Scheduling Management Information System to assist administrators, lawyers, and clients in managing consultation schedules more effectively, efficiently, and conveniently through internet-based access. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development method, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies to identify system requirements. The analysis technique involved requirements analysis based on the results of observations and interviews, while system testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to evaluate the functionality of the system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to measure user acceptance. The results indicate that the developed system successfully meets user requirements, simplifies the legal consultation scheduling process, minimizes scheduling conflicts, and improves the efficiency of data management. Black Box Testing confirmed that all system features functioned properly, while the UAT results showed a user acceptance rate of 85.62% with an average score of 4.34 out of 5 (equivalent to 86.82%), indicating that the system is feasible and suitable for implementation.
