The development of information technology has driven digital transformation in religious practices, one of which is through the utilization of spiritual applications such as Alkitabku. Although this application provides ease of access, functionality and interface constraints can hinder the smoothness of the devotional process and user comfort. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the Alkitabku application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The subjects of this study were focused on Christian students at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Jambi. This research used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through a questionnaire containing 10 standard SUS statements. Through purposive sampling technique and Slovin's formula calculation, 100 valid respondents were obtained after the data cleansing process. The data processing results showed that the Alkitabku application obtained an average SUS score of 67.75. Based on the SUS interpretation guidelines, the score is at the 49th percentile, occupies Grade C, Marginal acceptability level, and received an Adjective Rating of "OK". Based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) classification, users are in the Passive category. These results indicate that functionally, the Alkitabku application is reasonably good and feasible to use, but users do not feel completely satisfied or loyal. Technical issues that became the main factors holding back the score were the unresponsiveness of the system, such as an unresponsive screen (freeze), the application closing unexpectedly (force close), and delays in synchronizing content updates on the Daily Devotional feature. Therefore, developers are advised to prioritize system repairs (bug fixing) and optimize the stability of the application's performance.
