<![CDATA[Sandwich Generation female leaders have unique roles and characteristics. One of their most prominent characteristics is their ability to fulfill multiple roles simultaneously, which requires them to adapt creatively to ever-changing dynamics. This creative adaptability is critical for leaders to manage their roles effectively, achieve work-life balance, and maintain overall well-being in the workplace. Therefore, this research aims to adapt the Creative Adaptability Scale measuring tool into an Indonesian version. The respondents in this research were 344 female leaders of the Sandwich Generation. Validity is ensured through assessment by four expert judges who are competent in the field of psychology. Construct validity was explained using Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program version 0.19.1. Predictive validity was analyzed using the Workplace Well-Being questionnaire. The ability to adapt creatively was found to correlate positively with wellbeing at work. Discriminant validity was explained using the Cognitive Flexibility Scale. The results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) show that the Creative Adaptability Scale has a fit model and meets GoF standards. Reliability analysis using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient produces a result of 0.947, while the McDonald coefficient is 0.955. In conclusion, this research shows that the Indonesian version of the Creative Adaptation Scale has adequate validity and reliability for use with samples that have special characteristics of female leaders in the Sandwich Generation.]]>
