<![CDATA[Research related to the estimation of the remaining strength of cement-based buildings provides benefits, namely the investigation of the level of damage to the building, with the aim of determining how severe the damage category of a building is. The purpose of the community service (abdimas) activities carried out is the investigation of damage to the school building, namely Pasiripis Public Elementary School, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, to produce a technical recommendation document for repairing the school building. To achieve this goal, several abdimas activities have been carried out, namely the stages of measuring the building, identifying building damage, structural analysis to determine the building's ability to work loads, making a 3D model of the existing building, and calculating the budget plan related to the repair of the building. Presentation of documents and building modeling as a reference in the technical implementation of repairs, cost estimation, calculation of work volume, and a structured implementation plan using a Gantt chart to ensure timeliness and control of work progress. The assessment covers two main aspects: Process Evaluation and Outcome Evaluation. Process evaluation focuses on verifying the accuracy of data at each step, from cross-checking mapping and field measurements, to the suitability of the 3D visual design, and to the validity of the structural analysis. The outcome evaluation aims to verify the quality and safety of the repaired structure and ensure that major damage to the building has been resolved.]]>
