This study aims to analyze the management strategies of madrasah principals in developing an Islamic organizational culture in Madrasah Aliyah. The background of this study is based on the importance of Islamic organizational culture as a foundation in forming character, work ethics, and a religious and conducive educational environment. A strong organizational culture will support the creation of optimal performance and better educational quality. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects include madrasah principals, teachers, and educational staff. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the management strategies of madrasah principals in developing an Islamic organizational culture are carried out through several steps, namely: (1) instilling Islamic values in daily activities, (2) providing examples by madrasah principals and teachers, (3) habituating religious activities such as congregational prayer, Al-Qur'an recitation, and other Islamic activities, and (4) strengthening rules and norms based on Islamic values. This strategy is able to create a religious, harmonious, and responsible work environment. The conclusion of this study indicates that the management strategy of madrasah principals plays a significant role in developing an Islamic organizational culture. Therefore, consistent, visionary leadership oriented toward Islamic values is needed to create a strong organizational culture in madrasahs.
