<![CDATA[This quantitative research used a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career information services on improving the career planning of 12th-grade students at MA Muhammadiyah Bontorita. The study was conducted at MA Muhammadiyah Bontorita, Galesong District, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi. The study population was all 12th-grade students, while purposive sampling was used to select 37 12th-grade students. Data collection used a Likert-scale questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing, thus declaring the instrument suitable for use. Data analysis was performed using a paired sample t-test using SPSS for Windows version 31.0.0.0 to compare pre-test and post-test scores and determine the significance of the influence of career information services on students' career planning. The results showed a significant effect of career information services on students' career planning. This is indicated by a 2-tailed significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated t-value of -7.719, which is greater than the t-table. Thus, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results after receiving career information services. These results demonstrate that career information services have a positive effect on improving students' ability to plan their future careers.]]>
