<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the management of the web-based New Student Admission (PPDB) planning process at SMK Negeri 1 Semende Darat Laut. The study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and were then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that web-based PPDB planning is carried out systematically through the formation of a committee, the determination of enrollment quotas, the development of selection criteria, promotional strategies, as well as administrative readiness and a registration system based on Google Forms integrated with Google Spreadsheets. The implementation of web-based PPDB has improved the effectiveness and efficiency of school administrative services because the registration, management, and data access processes have become faster, easier, and more transparent. However, its implementation still faces challenges such as limited internet connectivity, low digital literacy among the public, and insufficient supporting infrastructure. Efforts made by schools to overcome these obstacles include registration assistance, technical support services, and the use of social media as a means of information and outreach. The results of this study confirm that the success of web-based PPDB is largely determined by the quality of planning management carried out by schools in a structured and sustainable manner. ]]>
