Abstract

This study aims to examine the structural analysis of wall elements in the LINAC room of the Radiotherapy Building construction project at ODSK Hospital, Manado, and to determine the estimated cost required for the wall element work based on the structural analysis results. The research was conducted on the Radiotherapy Building construction project at ODSK Hospital from August 2024 to December 2024. The research methods included structural analysis of the walls, estimation of the Bill of Quantity (RAB), and analysis using ETABS software. The data used were secondary data obtained from the project and processed using Microsoft Excel and ETABS. The analysis results show that the LINAC bunker walls modeled as reinforced concrete structures meet the strength and stiffness requirements based on the analysis of axial forces, shear forces, bending moments, and structural displacement. The main material requirements consisted of 668.768 m³ of concrete, 4,423.47 kg of D16 reinforcement, 323.12 kg of P10 reinforcement, and 402.96 m² of formwork. The cost analysis resulted in a total construction cost of IDR 1,281,464,449 before VAT and IDR 1,422,425,538 after 11% VAT. Compared with the project RAB of IDR 2,358,932,981, there was a difference of IDR 1,077,468,532, or approximately 45.68%, with the estimated RAB from the analysis being lower. The cost difference was influenced by concrete strength specifications, unit prices, work volume, and the calculation basis used.
