Abstract

The background of this study is the low competence of teachers in designing differentiated teaching modules. The study aims to improve the competence of teachers in designing differentiated teaching modules through training at the SD Negeri Padaan 02 Learning Community. The type of research is School Action Research (PTS) which is designed in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The population of the study was 8 teachers consisting of 6 class teachers and 2 subject teachers. Data collection techniques through observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using comparative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in teacher competence in designing differentiated teaching modules through training at the SD Negeri Padaan 02 Learning Community. The average teacher competence in designing differentiated teaching modules in pre-cycle conditions was 50 (less category), increasing to 73 (good category) in cycle 1 and increasing to 85 (good category) in cycle 2. Training in designing differentiated teaching modules at the SD Negeri Padaan 02 Learning Community can improve teacher competence in designing differentiated teaching modules at SD Negeri Padaan 02, Pabelan District, Semarang Regency in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
